You need a verified advertiser account; a directory business is not required. Planning and saved drafts do not reserve the slot. Independent approval creates a payment hold for up to 24 hours, ending earlier if your period starts. Only a verified payment secures delivery.
Dates use midnight in your selected IANA timezone and end 30 local calendar days later. Daylight saving can change the number of elapsed hours. Your exact UTC period, tax, operator and cancellation/refund terms appear before acceptance.
Expired holds may be booked by another advertiser. A late payment is held for finance review and never displaces another booking. Pausing or cancelling delivery does not automatically issue a refund.
Reporting follows visitor analytics consent. Private account, inbox, checkout and administration pages never display this banner. Planning remains available while actual sales or provider acceptance are pending.
