Privacy and your choices
BizLookupPro stores information needed to run the directory, your account and the services you choose. Optional audience measurement has a separate choice.
Information needed to provide the service
We store account details, sign-in and security records, listing submissions, authority-review evidence and the changes needed to manage a business profile. Published business facts can come from an authorised contributor or an identified public source. Private account details and proof documents are not public listing content.
When you send a directory enquiry or use a business workspace, the service stores the conversation and the contacts, leads, notes and tasks needed for that work. Access follows the participants and workspace permissions. An enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.
A paid booking, where available, needs an accepted quote, order and payment or refund records. Optional analytics permission is not required to keep necessary account, enquiry or transaction records.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics are off by default. You can allow or decline them, then change or withdraw your choice using the analytics controls on public pages. Saving a choice does not mean collection is available: collection also depends on the site’s current configuration.
When enabled with your permission, native measurement and configured Google Analytics can measure public page use, listing or sponsored-placement visibility, clicks and associated enquiry outcomes. Coarse device, browser and operating-system estimates help explain aggregate use; they are not proof of a person’s identity.
Private CRM records, message contents, account details and payment contents are excluded from optional audience reports and advertising targeting. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional measurement; it does not automatically delete records needed to provide a requested service. A separate request may be needed for previously stored information.
Browser storage and outside services
The site uses session and security storage for signing in, protecting forms and remembering choices. The installable app can cache public interface assets and an offline fallback. Private account, CRM, inbox and checkout pages are not cached for offline access by the app’s service worker.
Depending on the features in use and their configuration, service providers can process necessary email delivery and replies, payments, address searches, maps or permitted analytics. These include Resend, PayPal, Geoapify, OpenFreeMap and Google Analytics. A listed integration is not a claim that it is active for every visitor. When a map or outside service loads, its provider receives the technical information needed for that request. Following a business website or another outside link takes you to that service’s own privacy information.
Keeping and correcting information
Different records have different purposes and retention rules. Account or workspace deletion does not automatically erase another participant’s records, financial evidence, an unresolved dispute or information subject to a documented hold. Deletion and backup recovery are checked so removed information is not silently republished.
You can report a public listing error without buying anything. For account closure, sign in and review the consequences before confirming. Requests for access, correction or deletion require enough information to identify the relevant record and protect other people’s information.
