About
Knysna Yacht Club is a club on the Knysna lagoon, founded in 1910, with a large membership and a clubhouse that floats above the water near the yacht basin. Its sailing and canoeing programmes, a sailing school, a restaurant, two bars and a function venue serve members and visitors. The club also offers haul-out facilities for vessels up to 12 tonnes, and it links the town of Knysna with the lagoon through its work with SANParks, the Sea Cadets and the NSRI.
